Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 October 2026
Before membership opens. These terms will apply when membership opens. They are awaiting review by a UK solicitor and may be updated before then. Membership is not open yet, so no one can join or pay today.
The key points
- We collate publicly available research and news and pass it on. It is information only, not medical advice. We do not endorse or recommend anything, and no doctor–patient or advisory relationship is created
- Any decision about your health is yours alone, made with your own doctor
- Membership is open to UK residents only
- Essential £250 a month, Recommended £400 a month, charged in GBP. 3-month minimum, then monthly
- Cancel online after 3 months, or schedule it online sooner to take effect when the minimum term ends. Your 14-day legal right to cancel still applies
- Content is licensed to you for personal use only
- Keep your account and email secure. We do not put health details in emails unless you opt in
- Nothing in these terms takes away legal rights that cannot be excluded or limited by law
1. About us
Wealth Health Club ("we", "us") is a trading name of B L Notts Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16782785, registered office 54 Pathfinder Way, Castle Donington, Derby, England, DE74 0AJ. Email: contact@wealthhealthclub.com.
2. These terms
These terms apply when you use wealthhealthclub.com and when you become a member, together with our Subscription and Cancellation terms, Medical Disclaimer, and Privacy Policy. You accept them by ticking the box at sign-up. We keep a record of that acceptance, including the date and the version you accepted. Please save or print a copy.
3. Not medical advice
We provide a subscription information service. We collate publicly available research and news about the conditions you tell us about, from trusted sources around the world, such as peer-reviewed journals, trial registries and regulators, and pass it on to you.
It is information only, not medical advice. We do not diagnose, prescribe, endorse or recommend any treatment, medicine, supplement, device, clinical trial, clinic or practitioner. We are not a healthcare provider, and no doctor–patient, advisory or other clinical relationship is created between you and us. When we report what a study found, we are reporting it, not telling you to act on it.
- Your decision: whether to act on anything we send you is entirely your own decision, made with your own doctor. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping or changing any treatment, supplement or clinical trial
- No reliance: to the extent the law allows, you agree not to rely on our updates as a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional, and we are not responsible for decisions you make about your health or care
- Not a substitute for your doctor: nothing we send replaces a consultation, diagnosis or treatment. Do not delay seeking medical advice because of anything we publish
Your acknowledgement at signup: when you join, you confirm by ticking a required box that you understand we provide information only, not medical advice, and that before acting on any research or update, including starting, stopping or changing any treatment, medication, diet or lifestyle, you will seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Any decision is yours alone.
The Medical Disclaimer forms part of these terms. In an emergency dial 999. For urgent help that is not an emergency, contact NHS 111.
4. Who can join: UK residents only
The service is offered only to people who live in the United Kingdom. To join, you must be 18 or over, live in the UK, have a UK billing address, and use the service for personal purposes. If you add a second person (Recommended membership), they must also be 18 or over, live in the UK and give their own consent.
- When you join, you confirm that you live in the UK. Please tell us if you stop living in the UK
- If you do not live in the UK, or stop living there, we may end your membership after telling you by email. We will refund any payment for the period after your membership ends
- The service is designed for, and its content is selected for, members in the UK. To the extent the law allows, we do not accept liability for any use of the service outside the UK, or for whether it complies with the laws of any other country
5. Your account and email security
- Sign-in uses two-step verification. Keep your password, your second-step device and your email account secure, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account
- By default our emails contain no health data and do not name your condition/s. They only tell you that an update is waiting
- If you choose full-content emails, you accept the risk that anyone who can get into your mailbox may read them. We are not responsible for access to your own mailbox or devices by anyone else, except where that results from our own failure to meet our legal duties
6. Health information you give us
We use your health information only with your explicit consent, and only to understand your condition/s so we can carry out research, as set out in our Privacy Policy. Do not give us another person's health information unless they have given their own consent. You may leave out anything you prefer not to share.
Keeping your condition details up to date. You are responsible for keeping the condition details in your account accurate and up to date, for example when your diagnosis changes, a condition gets worse or better, or you start a new treatment. You can do this at any time with Update my condition. Our research is based on the details you give us, and we are not responsible for research that is less relevant because those details were out of date or incomplete. Updating your condition/s is not a way to report symptoms or get medical help: contact your own doctor, and in an emergency dial 999.
7. Prices, minimum term and cancelling
Essential costs £250 a month and Recommended £400 a month, charged in pounds sterling (GBP) monthly in advance by our payment provider, Stripe. Your card provider may convert the amount and charge a fee if your card is in another currency. Membership has a 3-month minimum term and then renews monthly until you cancel. After your first 3 months you can cancel online from your account, and during them you can schedule your cancellation online to take effect when the minimum term ends. You also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of joining, for a full refund; your access and updates then end. Full details are in our Subscription and Cancellation terms.
8. Licence: personal use only
All updates, reports and summaries are licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use while you are a member. You may read and print them, and share them with your own doctors and close family to support your care. You may not copy, republish, sell, distribute or systematically extract them, or use them to train AI models. Original research belongs to its authors and publishers. Updates stay in your account for as long as you remain a member; access ends when your membership ends. You can download your updates before then (see our Privacy Policy).
9. Independence and no advertising
We show no advertising. No company can pay to be featured, we take no sponsorship, and we are independent of all drug companies.
10. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, including by trying to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, sharing your login, or scraping content.
11. Security, data loss and liability
- Our security: we use appropriate technical and organisational security measures, such as encryption, two-step verification and access controls, and we require the same of the providers who run the service for us
- No system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that data will never be accessed without permission, lost or corrupted
- Third parties: we are not liable for unauthorised access caused by third parties beyond our reasonable control, such as criminal attacks, except where we failed to meet our legal duties to keep your data secure
- Indirect loss: we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when you joined
- Cap: where the law allows a limit, our total liability to you for all claims connected with your membership is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose
- Your part: you are responsible for keeping your account, devices and email secure (section 5)
- If a breach happens: we will notify the Information Commissioner's Office and affected members, as the law requires. See our Privacy Policy
What we cannot and do not exclude: your right to compensation under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018; our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud; and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. In short: nothing in these terms takes away legal rights that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
12. Our responsibility to you
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill and as described, as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires. If we do not, you may ask us to put it right or be entitled to a price reduction. The number of updates for each membership (up to 3 or up to 9 a week) is a maximum, not a guarantee: we send updates only when relevant new research is available, and fewer updates in a week or other period does not by itself entitle you to a refund or price reduction. See section 2 of our Subscription and Cancellation terms. Because we provide information only and do not endorse or recommend anything, we are not responsible for decisions you make about your health or care, or for care provided by anyone else.
13. Changes and ending membership
We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email of any significant change to the service, these terms or the price, and you may cancel before it takes effect without penalty, even during the minimum term. We may suspend or end a membership for non-payment or serious misuse, after telling you. If we stop the service, we will give at least 30 days' notice and refund any payment for the period after it ends.
14. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts, and you keep any protection given to you by the mandatory law of the part of the UK where you live. See also our Complaints page.
15. General
If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later. We may transfer these terms to another organisation and will tell you; if you are unhappy you may cancel. No one else has rights under these terms.
